What is Our Returns and Refund Policy?

We are Cool with Returns.

We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 28 days of delivery. Before sending any goods back, please contact us to see if it's a problem we can help you fix as there could be a simple solution.

If you are returning the goods because they are damaged or faulty, we will reimburse you the cost of returning them. For any other reason you will need to pay to return the goods. We recommend you use a trackable, insured service in case it goes missing. Some items are not eligible for return (unless the item is incorrect due solely to our error), including but not limited to: special order /custom items, tools, scales, lubricants, fluids, roll bars, and wheels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and instructions if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee associated with the return and refund of your order. Please note, Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at info@helperformanceusa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
